I had the pleasure of working with the sweetest mama and shop owner of My Uptown Baby to do a little room update and product haul for our little Ellie. We’ve been wanting to create more of a cozy space for her in her under utilized bedroom and upgrade her to a big girl bed slowly. Well I’m so glad I came in contact with this little shop because we now have the sweetest little touches for not only her room, but her play room too. My Uptown Baby is located in Australia and they offer interior, toys and lifestyle products. They ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, Uk and Ireland! One look at their website and you’ll be swept away with its beauty and great eye for design. Their website is super organized for ease of navigation, light and airy and converts my countries currency right away which I love. Receiving the products was like Christmas (I’ll admit for both me and Ellie). Each piece was so dreamy and I can’t wait to show you them!
One thing I fell in love with right away was this sweet stuffed swan. It’s crown is so darling for my little princess and I love how it can be used be decor, play or even a pillow.
We love teepees and canopies and My Uptown Baby has so many gorgeous teepees, but because we already have one we decided to go with this pink statement canopy for her room. I mean 😍. There’s an abundance of tulle which makes it superrr dreamy. I love how I can move it around and create a cute cozy place, or use it above her bed for the ultimate princess sleeping experience (I’m jealous and might consider moving in her room now).
I’ve been seeing these cute little toy cameras all over Instagram so I had to get one of course. Now my little one can copy mama while I’m taking photos. I love practical toys that are also aesthetically pleasing. We have dozens of bright, loud toys around here but these pretty wooden toys can double as decor and make great pieces for photo ops too if you’re into that kind of thing.
Freya with her flower is the perfect bestie to have around the house! I love her whimsical vibe and her sweet little outfit. Ellie’s been carrying her around everywhere and snuggling her during naps and it makes my heart pitter patter.
We also ordered a couple of 8×10 prints. They come in a variety of sizes and while I love the over sized prints, I thought they would fit in nicely more places being a bit smaller. Especially because I wasn’t sure where I would put them yet. The prints are so gorgeous and all we did was get a couple of frames from our dollar store and perfection! They add such a subtle pop of art and whimsy to the space. They’re also printed on a lovely canvass material which was unexpected.
I know I keep saying whimsical and dreamy, but it really is the closest words I can use to describe the level of character and charm everything adds to our spaces. I’m so excited to watch my daughter enjoy these pieces and I hope you’ve enjoyed this review just as much as we enjoy everything 🙂 !
